Super Soarin' Saturdays - Taking Flight

February 4 at 10:00 am - 11:00 am


Super Soarin’ Saturdays is our children’s program! Our next segment is called Taking Flight! Kids will learn all about the forces of flight and have the opportunity to climb-in a plane.


Fun, crafts, games and learning activities start at 10:00A. Super Soarin’ Saturdays is a student program and is not intended for adult participation. Adults are welcome to remain on-site in our café area. This program is best suited for ages 6-11.

Time: 10A – 11A

Doors open at 9:45 and our program starts promptly at 10A!


• Student admission is $7 • Adult admission is $12 • This program is FREE to members

• Yearly family memberships are $50


 

AGH Aviation Badge Day

February 10 @ 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm

AHG Aviation Badge Day will include the following:

  • Learning about the Wright Brothers

  • Principles of Flight

  • Aircraft and parts of a plane

  • Tour an airplane

  • Make and test a paper airplane

  • Maps and routes

  • Flight training

  • Aviation history

Homeschool Days 2022 – 2023

February 14 @ 10:30 am - 12:00 pm


Military Mapping Maidens is our next segment in our 2022 – 2023 Homeschool Days Program. Students will explore the role that cartography played in WWII. Students will learn about the true stories of young women who were recruited by the US Army Map Service to research and draw maps by hand for the Allied war effort.
