Saturday, May 3rd at 5:30pm | 13th Annual Gala with Keynote Speaker: MSgt. Dave Norman (Ret.), one of the last Marines to leave the rooftop of the United States Embassy in Saigon at the end of the Vietnam War - Tickets on sale now, click here! 



Dave Norman was an active duty Marine and Marine Reservist from September 1972 until November 2002.  During his time as a Marine, he volunteered for two tours of duty in Vietnam.  During his second tour of duty, he was involved in the evacuation of the American Embassy in Saigon and was on the very last helicopter to leave the rooftop of the American Embassy.  In January 1991, Dave volunteered to return to active duty in support of Desert Storm and was assigned to a Military Police unit at Camp Pendleton, CA.  After his time at Camp Pendleton, Dave remained on active duty as a Marine Corps Recruiter in southwest Ohio until he retired in November 2002 as a Master Sergeant.
