Historic St. Patrick's Day Celebration at Carillon Brewing Co.

Celebrate St. Patrick's Day at the nation's only fully operational brewery in a museum. Carillon Brewing Co. pays homage to Dayton's early Irish, English, and German settlers.


Live Historical Music: (1:00 pm–3:00 pm)

  • Jim's Red Pants Performs


Drink Specials:

  • Dry Irish Stout

  • Irish Red Ale

  • Irish Specialty Cocktails


Food Specials (while supplies last):

  • Corned Beef & Cabbage

  • Cabbage Rolls

  • Shepherd's Pie

  • Wood oven-baked Irish Soda bread, and hand-churned honey butter
