Carillon Brewing Co. Announces Grand Re-Opening

Carillon Historical Park - Wednesday, March 19, 2025:

DAYTON, OHIO -- Carillon Brewing Co., in partnership with The Dayton Barbecue Co., is excited to announce its grand re-opening on Wednesday, March 19, 2025. After a successful soft opening, Carillon Brewing Co. is eager to officially welcome the community back to its revamped space, featuring newly renovated exhibit areas, festive atmosphere, delicious food, and exceptional craft brews.


Event Highlights:

  • Proclamation and Ribbon Cutting: 11:00 am

  • Specials: Reuben, Pork Belly Burnt Ends, Irish Red Ale, and Ribs

  • Raffle: Tickets, Merch, and Gift Cards


The grand re-opening event is free to the public. Food and drinks will be available for purchase, and attendees are encouraged to bring family and friends to join in the celebration.


Carillon Brewing Co. featuring The Dayton Barbecue Co. are looking forward to celebrating with the community and are excited to provide a one-of-a-kind experience.
